2. Client Responsibilities

3. Payment Terms

4. Intellectual Property

4.2 Agency Work: Upon full payment, we grant you ownership of the final deliverables (e.g., website design, code). We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4.3 Third-Party Materials: Any third-party materials (e.g., stock images, fonts) used in your project may be subject to their own licensing terms.

5. Revisions and Approval

5.1 Revisions are included as outlined in the project agreement. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

5.2 Once you approve a deliverable, further changes will be considered a new request and may be subject to additional fees.

6. Project Timeline

6.1 We will make every effort to meet agreed deadlines, but timelines may vary depending on project complexity, client feedback, and unforeseen circumstances.

6.2 Delays caused by the client (e.g., late feedback, delayed payments) may extend the project timeline.

7. Cancellation and Termination

7.1 Cancellation by Client: If you cancel the project after work has begun, no refunds will be provided for work completed up to the termination date.

7.2 Termination by Agency: We reserve the right to terminate a project for non-payment, breach of these Terms, or other reasonable causes.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services.

8.2 Our total liability for any claim related to the Services is limited to the amount paid by you for those Services.

9. Confidentiality

We will keep all client information and project details confidential, except as required by law or with your consent.

10. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party tools, platforms, or services (e.g., hosting providers, payment processors) as part of the project. These services are subject to their own terms and conditions, and we are not responsible for their performance or policies.

11. Changes to These Terms

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Colorado USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Denver County.
